  • All subscription fees are non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that there are no refunds for any period of service, including partial months.

3. Use of Service

You may use the Services solely for your personal or business purposes related to seeking opportunities for your events.

b. Data Usage

You agree not to redistribute, repost, or share any data obtained through our platform. Such actions constitute a violation of these Terms of Service.

c. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices or criminal behavior.
  • Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Redistributing, re-posting, or sharing any data or service provided through the Site, which includes any listings and opportunities purchased.

4. Ownership and License

All content and data on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of podopen.com or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own personal or business purposes. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

5. Termination

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the preceding month for the Services.

Specifically, you agree to indemnify PODOPEN for any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • User-Generated Content: Any content you post or share on the podopen.com platform, or any data you submit on the podopen.com platform, including but not limited to product and/or service listings, reviews, comments, or messages.
  • Transactions: Any transactions or interactions between you and other users on the PODOPEN.COM platform, including disputes, payment issues, or product quality issues.
  • Intellectual Property Infringement: Any claims of intellectual property infringement arising from your use of the PODOPEN.COM platform, including copyright, trademark, or patent infringement.
  • Third-Party Claims: Any claims brought by third parties against PODOPEN.com as a result of your actions or omissions on the PODOPEN.COM platform.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms of Service.
